Apfelwein

Apfelwein means “Apple Wine” in German. And I just bottled about 5 gallons of the stuff. Here’s my recipe:
5 Gallons pasteurized apple cider (got it from Costco and saved about 50%)
2.5 pounds dextrose (corn sugar)
1 packet Montracht wine yeast
